Method of application of black cumin oil:

It is desirable to consume before meals 1 tsp. twice a day - morning and evening (or noon). Black cumin should be drunk every day as a precaution against all diseases and to ensure vitality and longevity.

For toothache, take a little black cumin oil and rub it into the upper part of the neck in such a way as to cover the ends of the lower jaw. The oil will penetrate inside and will be able to soothe the diseased tooth as much as possible. It can also be applied directly to the sore spot in case of gingivitis or toothache by rubbing into the sore spot. In case of toothache or bad breath, you can gargle with water containing black cumin oil for 10-15 minutes.

For ear pain, put some of the oil in a teaspoon and heat, being careful not to overheat the oil. When overheated, it will lose all its healing properties. The warmed oil is taken in a pipette and 2-3 drops are dropped into the affected ear. After a while, the pain should disappear or at least decrease.

For headaches - pour a little oil on your hand and rub it into your forehead with slow movements, massaging the problem area. Internally - 1 tsp in the morning on an empty stomach.

Under stress - 1 tsp 3 times daily before meals.

For asthma and respiratory problems - 1 tsp twice a day before meals, also lubricate the chest and back before bedtime, as well as for inhalations.

For back pain and rheumatism - the oil is heated slightly and the problem area is lubricated. Internally - take 3 teaspoons daily before meals.

In diabetes - 1 tbsp daily, in the morning on an empty stomach for 1 month.

With a runny nose, 2-3 drops can be instilled in each nostril.

In case of hair loss - the oil is rubbed into the scalp for a few minutes and left to stand overnight. In the morning, wash with a suitable shampoo.

For baldness - a cup of coffee is mixed with half a teaspoon of black cumin oil. Massage the affected area twice daily.

For dandruff - heat 10 g of black cumin oil, 30 g of pure olive oil and 30 g of natural henna. Stir until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Cool to body temperature and apply to the scalp. It is wrapped with nylon and left for 30-40 minutes, after which it is washed.

For more beautiful and radiant skin - mix ½ a teaspoon of black cumin oil and 1 teaspoon of pure olive oil. The resulting mixture is rubbed with light massage movements along the lines of the face for 15-20 minutes, then cover with a damp cloth. It is done for 7 days. Internally - a mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey, ½ teaspoon of black cumin oil, ½ teaspoon of olive oil taken in the morning on an empty stomach with warm water.

Against blackheads and pimples - apply twice a day a mixture of orange juice and black cumin oil for four weeks. Cleanses and smoothes the skin.

For external use, cumin oil can be mixed with essential oils or added to your favorite creams. This will in no way affect the healing properties of the oil. The mixture will be oily enough to penetrate completely through the skin without causing any side effects.

Attention! The product is not a medicine! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose! Do not use in:

- individual intolerance;

- pregnancy. The product may cause uterine contractions;

- acute gastritis, but it is very useful for the prevention of gastritis and for the treatment of remission;

- if there are large stones in the kidneys, gallbladder, etc. the oil can make them move. Dissolves small stones, but large stones can cause movement, and this is dangerous;

- In the case of an organ transplant, it can cause the body to reject the foreign organ.
