3.1. The general terms and conditions of Nat Life Oils are mandatory for all customers and users of the platform.
3.3. The General Terms and Conditions can be changed unilaterally by VA Trade Ltd. at any time by updating them in the Healthy online store "Nat Life Oils".
3.5. VA Trade Ltd. informs the customers of the online store "Nat Life Oils" about any change in the general conditions by publishing them on the platform. In this sense, the client and / or the user is obliged to make inquiries about possible changes in the general conditions each time they use the platform.

4. SALES POLICIES
4.1. The customer declares his desire to order or purchase goods and / or services through the online store "Nat Life Oils" electronically or by phone. The request is registered by the customer or by a Nat Life Oils employee on his behalf.
4.2. Healthy online store "Nat Life Oils" will send a notice to the customer to register his order, which does not make sense to accept, confirm or undertake to fulfill it. The notification is sent electronically or by phone.
4.3. The seller has the right not to deliver part or all of the goods or not to perform part or all of the services of the order due to various objective reasons, including, but not limited to, depletion of stock. In any case, Nat Life Oils employees notify the customer electronically or by telephone. In these cases, the sole responsibility of the seller is to return any amount received in advance for the product or service.
5.1. The customer can place orders in the Nat Life Oils online store by adding goods or services to the cart, following the specified ordering steps.
5.2. Any added product or service in the cart can be purchased, if available. Adding goods or services to the cart without the order being completed does not lead to registration of the order and automatic saving of the product or service.
5.3. The Client undertakes to be responsible for ensuring that all data provided to Zdravnitsa in connection with the order are correct, complete and accurate as of the date of sending the order.
5.4. By submitting the order, the customer allows Nat Life Oils to contact him in any way possible when required to do so.
5.5. Nat Life Oils has the right to refuse to fulfill an order placed by the customer, of which it must notify the customer. The cancellation of the order does not entail any liability for a subsequent obligation of one of the parties to the other in connection with it and accordingly neither of them has the right to seek compensation for its cancellation in the following cases:
- - non-acceptance by the issuing bank of the client of a transaction for online payment;
- - the data provided by the client are incomplete and / or incorrect.
5.6 The customer will bear all direct costs for the return of products offered by Nat Life Oils in case he cancels the order at a distance and states this within the withdrawal period provided by Zdravnitsa. The legal deadline for returning a product is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. 5.7. The seller undertakes to refund the price paid for the order, which the customer has canceled within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of arrival of the product returned by the customer. The amount will be refunded as follows without incurring any additional costs to the customer, unless the bank servicing him requires any fees.
5.8. The seller has the right to delay the refund until proof is received that the returned products have been sent.
6. GOODS AND SERVICES FOR WHICH THE CLIENT HAS NO RIGHT TO REFUSE
6.1. The customer has no right to refuse the order in the following cases:
6.1.1. Upon delivery of sealed (packaged) goods that are unsealed or opened and cannot be returned due to reasons related to hygiene or health protection.
6.1.2. Upon delivery of goods which, after being delivered and due to their nature, have mixed with other goods from which they cannot be separated.
6.1.3 Upon expiration of the 14-day legal term for returning a product.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act, VAD Trade Ltd. is a registered Personal Data Administrator in the register of administrators according to Article 14, paragraph 4 of the Personal Data Protection Act.
The Client agrees that by providing any of his personal data to Nat Life Oils, he agrees that they may be used for the following purposes:
7.1.1. Maintaining the customer's account, including registering orders, sending orders, invoicing, resolving disputes related to orders or reviewing their requirements.
7.1.2. Periodic e-mail notifications.
7.1.3. Conducting market research, tracking and monitoring sales and customer / consumer behavior.
7.2. In accordance with the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation, Nat Life Oils undertakes to process personal data under conditions that guarantee their storage and prevent their accidental loss and only for the stated purposes.
7.3. Each client has the right to submit a written request containing the date and his signature and send it to the address: Sofia, Bulgaria, 71 Hristo Botev Blvd., 1st floor, office 1, in order to exercise his right to receive information. whether his personal data has been processed, for which he does not owe any additional fee.
8. APPLICABLE LAW - JURISDICTION
8.1. These general terms and conditions are subject to Bulgarian legislation. Any disputes arising between Zdravnitsa and customers will be resolved by mutual agreement or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved in the competent Bulgarian courts.
9.1. The customer has the opportunity to pay for orders in the following ways:
9.1.1. Cash on delivery - payment in cash, upon delivery. The order is accompanied by a goods receipt and a receipt issued by VA Trade Ltd.
9.1.2. Bank transfer - to the account of VA Trade Ltd.
9.1.3 Cash on delivery payments can be made only in Bulgarian levs.
9.1.4. Payments by bank transfer can be made in Bulgarian levs or euros.
9.1.5. Depending on the chosen method of payment, the customer receives the necessary information regarding payment electronically or by telephone.
9.6. Orders with payment method - bank transfer are executed after receipt of the amount on the account of "VA Trade" Ltd.
10.1. The delivery is made through courier companies on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Member States of the European Union.
10.2. The delivery price is included in the total value of the order, except when the customer enjoys preferential terms for free delivery.
10.3. The delivery price varies depending on the number and type of products ordered, as well as the selected courier company. Delivery prices are calculated and provided to the customer before the order is completed.
10.4. Orders are delivered to the customer's address or to the office of the selected courier company.
10.5. "Zdravnitsa" is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the actions of the courier company.
10.6. The order is handed over to the customer against a signature, which certifies that the order in the Healthy online store "Zdravnitsa" has been successfully completed.
